需要住院时，照这 4 步4 steps if you are admitted

    先治疗，别因为找卡而拖Get treated first紧急情况先处理病情，手续可以稍后补。In an emergency, treatment comes first. Paperwork can follow.

    带 IC，到柜台问：有没有 GL？Bring your IC, ask for a GLGL = Guarantee Letter 担保信。Panel 医院可以免先付款。GL = Guarantee Letter. Panel hospitals can bill the insurer directly.
  3. 3
    选病房前，先问每天房价Ask the daily room rate first对照「我的保单」里的病房限额再决定。Compare with the room limit in "My policies".
  4. 4
    出院前，核对账单Check the bill before discharge不要签空白表格，确认自己要付的部分。Never sign blank forms. Confirm what you pay yourself.
最容易踩的坑The most common trap
住的病房比保单允许的贵，医院的其他费用可能会按比例被扣。不确定就先打给我。 If the room costs more than your plan allows, other charges may be reduced proportionally. Not sure? Call me first.
